  • Alcohol Safety 101 - Participants will learn about general information on alcohol use, a variety of  strategies for safer alcohol use and how to recognize and respond to alcohol poisoning. 
  • Be Orange - an interactive 2 hour workshop that engages participants in dialogue about the complexities of sexual violence prevention. Participants will explore what it means to be an empowered bystander.  Participants will have the opportunity to apply the concept of empowered bystander to their everyday lives. This workshop was adapted from © 2013 University of New Hampshire Bringing in the Bystander. 
  • Bystander Intervention 101
  • Ending Sexual and Relationship Violence 101 - This workshop was created to engage participants in dialogue about the complexities of sexual and relationship violence. 
  • Enough Is Enough
  • Mental Health 101
  • Mental Health and Substance Use
  • Pizza and Sex: What do they have in Common? - This workshop is based on a new paradigm of sexuality, “pizza.”  The discussion focuses on how to open up communication about sex and sexuality, which in turn leads to healthy encounters, based on consent.
  • Self Care - What does it mean to practice good self care, and how do we actually do it when we have so many other things keeping us busy? This interactive (with coloring!) workshop emphasizes why self care is important for everyone, discusses ways to incorporate it into our hectic lives, and reflects on how we can expand what it means to think about and practice good self care.
  • Sex Jeopardy - This fun-filled workshop gives students an opportunity to learn about resources on campus as well as information about sexuality, sexual health, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, communication, healthy relationships, responsible decision making and tips for a safer experience as a student at SU.
  • Stress Management - This interactive workshop gives participants an opportunity to identify their unique stressors, learn about the good and bad effects of stress and how to identify them, and discuss specific, manageable tools and tasks to start managing their stress.
  • Sleep - This fun and engaging workshop addresses the benefits of sleep, the factors that influence sleep quality, and gives specific tips and tools for creating the ideal sleep environment and starting healthy sleep habits.
  • Time Management - This practical workshop provides students with skills and resources to will help them successfully manage stress, including organizing and prioritizing to get things done, combating procrastination, and using technology efficiently.
